Ed and his family are recent transplants from Massachusetts and currently reside in Haymarket, VA. He has been married to his wife Mary for almost 23 years and they have two children, Karyn (a nursing student at James Madison University) and Nikolas (a junior at Battlefield High School).

Employee Spotlight: Jennifer Childress

Jennifer has been with First Column IT for a little over four and a half years. Often, her voice is the first one you hear when calling in. During her time at First Column, her role has evolved from receptionist to taking on more accounting and purchasing tasks. As the only female in the office, Jennifer has her hands full keeping all “her guys” in line (some may call her bossy).

Employee Spotlight: David Zweiban

David has been serving in the position of Dispatcher at First Column IT, for approximately six months now. He is responsible for coordinating the scheduling our technicians for the Help Desk and on-site support for all our clients, as well as schedule our Client Relations Coordinator’s regular visits. He strives to ensure timely closure of service tickets with follow-up correspondence to make sure First Column IT is appropriately responding, addressing and resolving our clients’ needs.
