As an effective and professional way to communicate with others whether they are inside or outside of your organization, email is undoubtedly crucial to a modern business’ capacity for success, but that all depends on how well its chosen email platform suits its needs. There are a few questions that need to be answered in order to properly strike this balance—for instance, whether you’ll host your own email server in-house, or you plan to turn to an external provider and outsource this responsibility to them.
