Being patient helps you stay focused and manage your time better. When you’re calm, organizing your thoughts and prioritizing tasks is easier. Take a Break to Relax

Taking a break from your work can help a lot. You could try meditation or even just deep breathing to calm down. Clearing your mind can make your workload feel less stressful and give you a new perspective.
